503 Real Estate Photography is run by Trevor Nelson, who holds a Real Estate license in Oregon and has an extensive background in real estate and knowledge of the Pacific Northwest. Due to this, 503 is able to get outstanding results when it comes to the marketing of real estate. While attending Portland State University School of Business Administration, Trevor earned a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Finance, studying Real Estate Investments, Development, and Law. In 2007, he became a licensed Realtor and put his license to work at Marcus & Millichap, the country's number one commercial real estate investment sales brokerage, and assisted Real Estate Investors with the acquisition and disposition of income-producing real estate for two years with a focus on multi-family.

In 2010, Trevor went from investment / commercial real estate at Marcus & Millichap to being a residential Realtor and gained experience selling residential real estate and picked up on how Oregon and Southwest Washington works with RMLS, knowing the ins and outs of the system, how the entire listing and sales process works and how to effectively market listings and sell homes successfully. Utilizing this information is key in highlighting the selling features of homes, as well as what captures a homebuyer’s attention online.
